Participation fee

The participation fee is €795 excl. VAT per person. You get a discount of €100 if you register before April 15th 2023.
The fee for working-session owners is €325 excl. VAT
Full-time students, upon presentation of a student card, pay only €75 excl. VAT.

Confirmation of registration

You can register via our website on the registration page. After your digital registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation from us by email. Did you not receive anything within 24 hours? Please contact us via 06-50525913 or by e-mail.

No later than 1 week before the start of the congress, you will receive a final confirmation of registration with directions from us by e-mail.

Your data will be used to keep you informed about activities of the Futures Commitee. We follow the guidelines of the AVG/GDPR for this purpose. If you do not appreciate this, please let us know by e-mail.

Unable to attend?

If you are unable to attend, you can have a colleague attend in your place, provided they are in possession of your registration. If you wish to cancel your registration, please note the following arrangements. If cancelled up to 4 weeks before the date of the event, we will charge a cancellation fee of €50 (excl. VAT). In case of later cancellation, you will owe the full amount.

Cancellations and changes of participation must be made by e-mail.

Invoicing and payment

The automatic confirmation you receive from us after registrating is also your invoice. If you need something else, please contact as by e-mail.

If you choose to have the invoice mailed to the creditor administration, correct ascription, invoice address and any purchase/order numbers required within your company should be entered on the online submission form.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
